Drawworks:
2009 Service King SK-775 Six Axle Carrier, Single Drum powered by 2 each Detroit Diesel 475 HP Series 60 Engines, 950 Total HP, two Avtec Allison transmission, Lebus drum grooved for 1 1/8 line, Hydraulic makeup & breakout catheads, air drillers controls.
Brake:
42 x 12 brake bands with drum water circulating brakes and dual 48 x 10 DISC Assist brakes.
Derrick:
Service King 112 x 350,000 lb hydraulically raised and scoped derrick, Serial Number DK-403, API 4F-4G, S & K crown block with safety platform and climbing ladder. Crown operates on eight lines, 1 1/8 grooved with four each 30 inch sheaves and one 36 sheave. Crown-o-matic. The Stand pipe is 4 inch 5000 psi rated. The racking board holds 10,000 feet of 4 ½ drill pipe. It is equipped with a fall restraint device for use while climbing.
Substructure 15
feet:
15 height x 10 2 wide substructure with 350,000 lb stand back capacity, 16 feet KB. (Annular & RAM BOP mounted inside)
Powered Pumps:
#1 Gardner Denver PZ-9 Triplex, 1000 HP, forged steel fluid end w/ quick-change caps, relief valve, pressure gauge, cooling pump, 5 x 6 charge pump, master skid, powered by 800 HP Detroit Diesel 12V12000 with air clutch. Normally stocked with 6 ½ & 7 liners.
#2 Gardner Denver MPZ-9 Triplex, 1000 HP, forged steel fluid end w/ quick-change caps, relief valve, pressure gauge, cooling pump, 5 x 6 charge pump, master skid, powered by 1100 HP Caterpillar Diesel 3508 with air clutch. Normally stocked with 5 & 7 liners.
Mud Pit System:
Shaker Tank 12 2 width x 6 height x 42 length 440 bbl, 2 each 5 x 6 centrifugal pumps each with 60 HP electric motors, 3 compartments, 3 mud agitators, internal plumbing, slant bottom, top mounted walkways, covered porch and master skid.
Suction Tank 8 9 width x 6 height x 39 length 320 bbl, 2 each 5 x 6 centrifugal mud mixing and transfer pumps each with 60 HP electric motors, 3 compartments one with 60 bbl pill capacity, 5 each mud agitators, internal plumbing, slant bottom, top mounted walkways, covered porch and master skid.
Mud Cleaning Equipment:

Linear Motion Shale Shakers
with oilfield base and loop isolators.
Unit excepts 3 hook strip screen panels for 23.5 sq feet of screen
area on single deck, 2 explosion proof 1800 RPM vibrator motors rated at 1.5
HP each and explosion proof motor starter.
Double Life 1310 De-Sander with
3 each 10 inch urethane cones, vitriolic couplings and header gauge.
The unit is rated from 1500 to 1600 GPM at 65 to 75 head feet.
Double Life V-514 De-Silter
with 14 each 5 inch urethane cones, elbows, vitriolic couplings and header
gauge on a oilfield type skid.
The unit is rated at 1600 GPM at 70 feet of head
Water Tank & Dog
House:
Water Tank 500 bbl: 8.5 width x 9 height x 42 length water tank with 8 enclosed pumps/parts room.
Dog House: 8 width x 30 length top mounted insulated doghouse with knowledge box, lockers, Martin Decker 4 per recorder, Pilot II Automatic Driller, Electric Heat and Pason monitoring touch screen.
Fuel Tanks:
Primary Tank: 8 width x 6 height x 10 length, 3,500 gallon diesel fuel tank.
Holding Tank: 8 width x 6 height x 40 length, 8,000 gallon diesel fuel tank.
Generator Set:
Primary Light Plant: 450 KW Set Model 400 DSEC generator powered by a Series 60 Detroit Diesel, digital control panel with adjustable Hertz control. Electric start and low pressure kill, skid mounted. Storage & parts container mounted on same skid. Set up to handle 110 volt and 220 volt hook ups for directional trailers. All wiring and lighting on rig is explosion proof.
Secondary Light Plant: 210 KW Prime Power generator powered by 3406 CAT. Control panel with adjustable Hertz control. Skid mounted. (Not normally mobilized with rig)
Recording & Monitoring Equipment: Rig equipped with PASON Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR) Includes: Doghouse touch screen computer, Rig Site Server, Rig Management PC workstation, IADC approved Pason electronic work station, contractor morning report, Access to Pason Data Hub with drilling date a minimum twice daily, and commercial grade satellite dish receiver/transmitter. Pason Pit Volume Totalizer (PVT) not installed, but available through Pason.
