National T-45 Single Drum Drawworks powered by 2 Compounded 425 HP Series 3406 CAT Diesel 850 HP total, Drum grooved for 1 1/8” line, Foster makeup & breakout catheads, air drillers controls.

(Rebuilt 2007, replaced all bearings, clutches, sprockets & chains)

 

Base for Draw Works:

PJ-300 Base 12 feet wide by 40 feet long by 21 inch tall.  3 feet wide walk ways on two sides.

 

Hydramatic Brake:

WPT W36-OM-201 Water Cooled Brake with Double Clutch Rated at 500,000 lbs.

 

Derrick # 1:

2007 model PJ 99-300, 104 feet, 302,000 lb, P.J. Jackknife Double Derrick, PJ 8 line Crown Sheaves, 4” 4000 psi standpipe, racking board, and ladder. Crown-a-matic (Derrick - New May 2008)

 

Derrick # 2:

2008 model PJ 128-350, 134 feet, 355,000 lb, P.J. Jackknife Triple Derrick, PJ 8 line Crown Sheaves, 4” 4000 psi standpipe, racking board, and ladder. Crown-a-matic (Derrick - New December 2008)

Powered Pumps:

#1 Gardner Denver Replica PZ-9 / QZ-9 Triplex, 1000 HP, forged steel fluid end w/ quick-change caps, relief valve, pressure gauge, cooling pump, 5 x 6 charge pump, master skid, powered by 800 HP Detroit Diesel 12V12000 with air clutch. Normally stocked with 6 ½” & 7” liners. (New 2008)

Mud Pit System:

Shaker Tank 12’ 2” width x 6 ’ height x 42’ length 440 bbl, 2 each 5 x 6 centrifugal pumps each with 60 HP electric motors, 3 compartments, 3 mud agitators, internal plumbing, slant bottom, top mounted walkways, covered porch and master skid.

 

Suction Tank 8’ 9” width x 6’ height x 39’ length 320 bbl, 2 each 5 x 6 centrifugal mud mixing and transfer pumps each with 60 HP electric motors, 3 compartments – one with 60 bbl pill capacity, 5 each mud agitators, internal plumbing, slant bottom, top mounted walkways, covered porch and master skid.

 

Mud Cleaning Equipment:

2 each National/Varco D235-LI Linear Motion Shale Shakers with oilfield base and loop isolators.  Unit excepts 3 hook strip screen panels for 23.5 sq feet of screen area on single deck, 2 explosion proof 1800 RPM vibrator motors rated at 1.5 HP each and explosion proof motor starter.

 

Double life I-130 De-Sander with 3 each 10 inch urethane cones, vitriolic couplings and header gauge.  The unit is rated from 1500 to 1600 GPM at 65 to 75 head feet.

 

Double Life V-516 De-Silter with 16 each 5 inch urethane cones, elbows, vitriolic couplings and header gauge on a oilfield type skid.  The unit is rated at 1600 GPM at 70 feet of head 

 

Dog House & Fuel Tank Skid:

Dog House: 8’ width x 47’1” length skid mounted, insulated doghouse with knowledge box, lockers, Electric heat, Pilot II Automatic Driller, Electric Heat. Pason monitoring touch screen and EASTCO/Star 2 pen recorder.

 

Fuel Tank: 3,500 gallon diesel fuel tank mounted on skid with dog house.

 

Water Tank :

500 bbl, 8’ 6” width x 47’ length x 10’ 4” height water tank with 9 feet electrical room on end on tank.

 

Generator Set:

Primary Light Plant: Prime 545 eKW 681 kVA 60 Hz 1800 rpm 480 volts.  Power by a CAT C-18 EPA certified tier 2 diesel, digital control panel with adjustable Hertz control. Electric start and low pressure kill, skid mounted.  Storage & parts container mounted on same skid. Set up to handle 110 volt and 220 volt hook ups for directional trailers.  All wiring and lighting on rig is explosion proof.

 

Recording & Monitoring Equipment: Rig equipped with PASON Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR) Includes:  Doghouse touch screen computer, Rig Site Server, Rig Management PC workstation, IADC approved Pason electronic work station, contractor morning report, Access to Pason Data Hub with drilling date a minimum twice daily, and commercial grade satellite dish receiver/transmitter. Pason Pit Volume Totalizer (PVT) not installed, but available through Pason.
